Home and community services for children, young people and adults are designed to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes or communities. These services are available to individuals who require extra support to maintain their independence and well-being. Our services are provided by trained staff who help individuals to develop independent living skills, access community services, and maintain a stable mental health. Sabanu Care aims to promote their independence and ensure they remain in their homes and live comfortably. Sabanu Care staff

will support this through multiple care visits, depending on their care needs.

We acknowledge each person as unique and believe their care should reflect that. We create

our domiciliary care services with service users at the centre, presenting tailored support to

match their unique needs. We will work with our service users to develop a custom care plan, placing the control of their care on their hands.
