Sabanu Care

Supported Living Services

Sabanu Care Supported living services are designed to provide personal care and accommodation to individuals who require support to live independently in their own homes.

Sabanu Care Supported living services are flexible and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual. They are often a better option than care homes, as they offer suitable accommodation with some forms of personal care.

Supported living services are available for individuals with a range of needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, complex needs, and drug and alcohol misuse.

Our services are provided by trained staff who help individuals to maintain a stable mental health, tenancy, develop independent living skills and access community services.

Sabanu care Ltd services are available for children, young people, and adults with a range of needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, complex needs, and drug and alcohol misuse. We provide flexible services that are person centred to meet specific needs of the individual.

We support family members who are worried about their child’s development or well-being, and you think they need extra support to speak to their GP, health visitor, teacher, or nursery worker first.  We encourage families and carers to ask for advice about what to do next to help their child. If you or your child needs more significant support, contact the children’s services team at your local council for a need assessment.
