At Sabanu Care, we are a domiciliary care and supported living service that offers home and community support. Our dedicated and experienced staff are committed to providing care that meets the needs of our diverse client group, including children, young people, and adults. We strive to establish a professional and caring working relationship that is safe and tolerant, catering to both basic chores and complex needs.
We strongly believe in the importance of quality care. Sabanu Care is a family-owned business that is passionate about delivering exceptional home and community care services. Despite being a small company, our goal is to become one of the top providers in the industry. We are dedicated to providing personalised services that cater to your specific needs, whether in the comfort of your own home or in one of our supported living accommodations.
We are different in what we do because we put you, the customer, first. We always strive to provide a care service that is second to none. We consider our service users/ clients as one of our family, and therefore, they are unique and valued in every measure. We ensure that all our client’s views relating to their care are taken into account in all decision-making processes.
We have flexible services that can respond to your changing priorities and needs with efficiency. We work closely with families to keep our clients in control of their own care so far as possible. Our positive engagement and attentive listening allow us to provide the kind of care and support you require.

In Sabanu Care, both management and staff uphold the idea of candour, there for we encourage feedback from our service users/clients, families, professionals, and other agencies to help us adjust, improve, or make changes where possible. We encourage clients to raise concerns or make complaints about our service or engagement, and we will take swift, appropriate action.

Members of management and senior carers will frequently check that you are satisfied with your care, will bring it to the attention of the team, and will act on the information provided in a timely manner.

We are CQC regulated and subscribe to different other organisations, including Peninsula Bright HR, QCS and ICO, Flexebee, Care Skills Academy and more, to strengthen our service.

Create a conducive and inclusive environment that promotes and enhances cultural exchange where everyone’s contribution is valued and cherished.
