In Sabanu Care, both management and staff uphold the idea of candour, there for we encourage feedback from our service users/clients, families, professionals, and other agencies to help us adjust, improve, or make changes where possible. We encourage clients to raise concerns or make complaints about our service or engagement, and we will take swift, appropriate action.
Members of management and senior carers will frequently check that you are satisfied with your care, will bring it to the attention of the team, and will act on the information provided in a timely manner.
We are CQC regulated and subscribe to different other organisations, including Peninsula Bright HR, QCS and ICO, Flexebee, Care Skills Academy and more, to strengthen our service.
